By accessing our website, placing an order, or clicking
“I Agree to the Terms & Conditions”,
you agree to follow all the rules, conditions, limitations,
and policies mentioned below.

This document acts as a legally binding agreement between you
(customer) and Printoradesign (service provider).

Printoradesign reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information including:
   • Full Name
   • Mobile Number
   • Delivery Address
   • Email Address
3. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
4. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Printoradesign is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized account access.
6. Multiple accounts for misuse, coupon abuse, or fraud are strictly prohibited.

2. Customised Product Terms

1. Printoradesign prints exactly what you upload or approve.
2. You are fully responsible for:
   • Spelling
   • Grammar
   • Colors
   • Image quality
   • Artwork alignment
   • Design correctness
3. We do not edit files unless specifically requested.
4. Recommended file resolution: 300 DPI.
5. Low-quality or pixelated files will print as-is and are not considered defects.
6. Mockups are for reference only. Actual print output may vary due to:
   • Monitor brightness
   • Printing limitations
   • Paper texture
   • Lamination effect
   • Finishing methods
7. Once printing begins, no changes can be made.

3. Order Process & Confirmation

1. Order confirmation is sent via Email or WhatsApp.
2. Printing begins only after customer approval (where applicable).
3. If files are corrupted or unprintable, we will contact you.
4. Delays caused by late customer response are not our responsibility.
5. Orders cannot be paused or held after printing starts.

4. Pricing, Offers & Payments

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Offers and coupons must be applied during checkout.
3. Coupons cannot be added after order placement.
4. Payments are accepted only online via:
   • Razorpay
   • UPI
   • Wallets
   • Cards
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
6. Prices may vary based on size, quantity, material, and finishing.
7. In case of pricing error, Printoradesign may cancel and refund the order.

5. Production Time

1. Standard orders: 2–4 working days.
2. Custom or bulk orders: 6–10 working days.
3. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
4. Production delays may occur due to technical issues.
5. Express printing is subject to availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are shipped from Mumbai via Shiprocket or trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery timelines vary by location.
3. Courier delays are beyond Printoradesign’s control.
4. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.
5. Tracking details are shared after shipment.
6. Re-delivery charges apply for failed deliveries due to:
   • Incorrect address
   • Wrong pincode
   • Customer unavailable
   • Phone switched off

7. No Cancellation Policy

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled after printing begins.
3. No refunds for customer mistakes or design errors.

8. No Return Policy

1. Returns are not accepted for printed or customised products.
2. Printed items cannot be reused or resold.

9. No Refund Policy

1. Refunds are not provided for:
   • Customised products
   • Incorrect files
   • Spelling or design errors
   • Color variations
   • Courier delays
   • Refused deliveries
2. No refunds after printing begins.

10. Damage, Wrong Product or Misprint – Reprint Only

Printoradesign offers Reprint & Resend only, not refunds.

Unboxing video is mandatory:

• Sealed parcel shown before opening
• One continuous video
• No edits or cuts
• Damage clearly visible

If approved:

• Product will be reprinted
• New parcel shipped
• No return required
• Reprint time: 2–4 working days

11. Situations Where Claims Are Not Accepted

• No unboxing video
• Edited or cut videos
• Incorrect files provided
• Slight color variation
• Customer damage
• Courier delays

12. Artwork Copyright & Legal Responsibility

1. Customers must own or have permission to use uploaded artwork.
2. Printoradesign is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
3. Illegal content may result in order cancellation without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

Printoradesign is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses.
Liability is strictly limited to reprinting valid damaged products.

14. Changes in Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.
Customers should review the latest version before ordering.
