That’s why 100% advance payment is required before production.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, an unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
After verification, we will reprint and resend the product at no extra cost.
No refund is provided for printed/customized items.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is done.
Because all products are custom-made, cancellation is not possible after processing starts.

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service, usually 3–7 working days across India.
