Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Printoradesign, our goal is to deliver your printed products safely and on time. We handle each order with care so that you receive the best quality service and an easy shopping experience.

Order Processing Time

• All standard orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
• Custom print orders (with personalization or artwork approval) may take 6–10 working days depending on workload and product type.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday only.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping partner and your delivery location. Below is the generally expected timeline:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 days
• West India (including Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat): 3–5 days
• North India: 4–6 days
• South India: 7–9 days
• East & North-East India: 9–12 days
• Central India: 3–5 days
• Suburban / Outer Areas: +1–2 extra days

Important: These timelines are estimated. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather issues, strikes, or any situation beyond our control.

International Shipping

• We provide international shipping to selected countries.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
• Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) need to be paid by the customer.

Order Dispatch

• Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive Tracking ID + Link on SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
• Tracking updates depend on the courier company system.

Packaging & Quality Check

We ship all products from Mumbai with:

• Multi-layer protection
• Quality check before packing
• Secure sealing

This reduces the chance of damage during transit.

Important Notes

• We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
• All delivery timelines are approximate.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.
• Saturdays, Sundays, festival holidays, and government holidays are not counted as working days.
• In case of major delays, customers will be informed via email/WhatsApp.
